At the Ashram, we live a simple lifestyle. The day begins and ends with optional prayer and meditation, either in the Puja Room or in one’s own room. Rooms are shared with at least one other. Meals are vegetarian. No alcohol, cigarettes or drugs are allowed on the property and residents and guest are expected to maintain celibacy on the property.

During the morning hours you are invited but not required to attend the Archana (chanting of the 1000 names of the Divine Mother) at 5:15 A.M. Dinner is at 6:00pm most nights, followed by bhajans (devotional singing) with closing prayers at approximately 9:00 pm.

On Saturdays many devotees from the surrounding areas come to the ashram to perform seva (selfless service) to help maintain the ashram premises. Also on Saturdays at 5:30 pm about 250 devotees come together for an evening of spiritual discourse (satsang), bhajans and dinner.  GreenFriends Farm hosts a table to sell produce and product to devotees after satsang.
