IAM Class

Aum Namah Shivaya

There will be a 3 hour IAM Class (the shorter version) given on March 30th
at the Rinzai Zen Temple at Baldwin Beach in Paia.
Folks can wear comfy yoga clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have and a bottle of water.
There is a $15 donation request for renting venue.
